V.I.P Birthday Club Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer not valid with any other offer or discount for the voucher holder.

  2. Membership is limited to one per person and requires a unique email address to register

  3. Limited to one complimentary main course per person per year when another main course is purchased (lowest value main course is complimentary, up to the value of $30).

  4. Excludes our Sharing Plate range.

  5. Vouchers are emailed on the first of each month and are valid for that month only.

  6. Only Birthday Club members that have signed prior to the 1st of a month will receive their voucher.

  7. All Birthday Club vouchers must be pre-booked as no vouchers will be accepted without a prior arrangement.

  8. All vouchers must be printed and presented whilst your order is being taken.

  9. VIP Members must be aged 18 years and older

  10. Terms and conditions and subject to change as required


Kids eat Free Terms and Conditions

  1. Kids must be aged 12 or under


High Tea Terms and Conditions

  1. Unlimited tea and food is based on a paying customer. Parties of 2 or more are not entitled to unlimited tea and food unless all parties have paid the per head charge.

By submitting any personal information to us or using any of the services that we offer, you are agreeing to be bound by this policy in respect of the information collected about you. All personal information is treated as strictly confidential. It will never be sold, bartered or otherwise transferred to a 3rd party without your express permission. Chapters Bistro reserves the right to amend our privacy statement to reflect changes to our business, website or to data protection legislation. Collection of information

This section details what information Chapters Bistro collects, why it is collected and how that information may be used.

We collect information you give us when you register with us, book a table online or join one of our email mailing lists. We require only the information we need to provide the service to you, such as:

  • your name

  • telephone number

  • email address

In order to better understand how our customers use this site, we collect and analyse some aggregate information about our site users. This includes such things as what time of day they visit the site, which browser they use and which pages they visit. No personal or other information that may be used to identify you is included in this analysis.

Chapters Bistro logs all activity and maintains audit trails of usage of this site. We use this information in the detection and prevention of fraud and other malicious activities.

Email

Chapters Bistro does not send “spam” unsolicited emails. Before any email address is collected for use by Chapters Bistro, permission will be requested from you. After obtaining authorisation we will use email messages to provide you with information, requested services or latest news items. We may contact you on behalf of a third party. We will only do this if we are satisfied that the third party has your consent to do so. We may also contact you to ask your opinion on our website features or processes, or if we have specific questions relating to your account or usage of the site.

Other data

We may keep a record of data which is logged automatically by our ISP’s servers, and which we analyse. This includes your IP address, the URL you visited before ours, the URL you visit after leaving our site and which pages you visit on our site. We do not store or analyse this data in a way that identifies any individual.
